EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit a withdrawal request using the form on this page or contact us at info@eterik.com before the 14-day period expires.

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, sealed food supplements, personal care products, cosmetics, hygiene-related items, and similar products cannot be returned once they have been opened, unsealed, used, damaged, or are no longer in their original condition after delivery.

Products must be returned unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

After we receive your withdrawal request, we will review it and provide return instructions when the product is eligible for return.
