Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Eterik. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the terms below. 

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

Accepted:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The item is defective

  • You received the wrong product

    To verify these cases, customers are required to provide clear photo or video evidence.

    For missing, damaged, or incorrect items, the customer must record a video that shows the package before opening and a continuous recording while opening the package.

    This helps us verify the issue and process the claim smoothly. Claims without video evidence may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Change-of-mind returns (unopened items only):

We may accept returns if the product is unopened, the safety seal is intact, the item is in original packaging, and the customer pays all return shipping costs.

Not accepted:

  • Opened or used products

  • Broken safety seals

  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery

  • Sale items or bundles (unless defective)

  • Gift cards

These rules ensure compliance with international health and safety requirements for supplements.

2. How to Start a Return

All return requests must be approved before sending any items back.

Please include your full name, order number, a description of the issue, and photos/videos if applicable.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide the return shipping address and instructions. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If the issue is caused by Eterik (defective or wrong item), we will cover replacement or refund costs.

3. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country in the EU, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. To qualify, products must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

4. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or denied.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, contact us at support@eterik.com.

5. Replacements

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. In most cases, returns are not required.
