Ingredients and amounts
Per 5 ml, the manufacturer lists 250 mg L-arginine, 12 vitamins and 6 minerals; at 10 ml it provides 500 mg L-arginine and twice the listed vitamin and mineral amounts. The panel includes vitamin C, zinc, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, A, D and E, manganese, folic acid, iodine, chromium, selenium, molybdenum and biotin. Shake well before use. Children aged 4–10: 5 ml once daily. Ages 11+ and adults: 10 ml once daily. One bottle therefore provides about 30 days at 5 ml or 15 days at 10 ml. The manufacturer recommends using it within 6 months after opening.

Classic Syrup provides L-arginine with 12 vitamins and 6 minerals. Focus Syrup adds phosphatidylserine. Smart Syrup also lists choline and L-carnitine and has 13 vitamins. From age 11, the Classic Tablet is a solid-format alternative with a different formula.
