Ingredients per sachet
One sachet contains 250 mg L-arginine and 10 mg phosphatidylserine, plus 12 vitamins and 6 minerals. Listed micronutrients include vitamin C, zinc, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamins A, D3, E, B1, B2, B6 and B12, manganese, folic acid, iodine, chromium, selenium, molybdenum and biotin. Preparation and pack duration
Children aged 4–10: mix 1 sachet once daily with 100 ml water. Ages 11+ and adults: mix 1 sachet twice daily, each with 100 ml water. One box therefore provides 30 days at one sachet daily or 15 days at two sachets daily.
