Your order is not accepted until we send you an order confirmation. We must receive and successfully process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been accepted and processed.

If we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email, billing address, or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.

Your purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on shipping carriers, customs processing, local holidays, and events beyond our control. We are not liable for delays in shipping or delivery caused by third-party carriers, customs, or other factors outside our reasonable control.

For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by your country’s authorities. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, held, or rejected by customs, or for any additional costs arising from such events.

Unless otherwise required by law, title and risk of loss for products pass to you when we deliver the products to the carrier.

Eterik is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Eterik. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Eterik, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Eterik.

You and Eterik agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Wyoming, USA for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
