Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Eterik. This Shipping Policy explains how and when orders are processed, shipped, delivered, and handled across different regions. By placing an order with us, you agree to this Shipping Policy, which forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Where We Ship From

All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center in Turkey.

2. Countries We Ship To

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • United States and Canada

  • Europe (available countries shown at checkout)

  • United Kingdom

  • Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Jordan

  • Australia and New Zealand

    If your country does not appear at checkout, we do not ship there at this time.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Processing times may be longer during high-demand periods.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs clearance. Estimates begin after the order is shipped:

  • USA & Canada: 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 1–3 business days

  • United Kingdom: 1–3 business days

  • UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar: 1–7 business days

  • Jordan: 1–7 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 3–6 business days

    These are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, local postal services, weather, or seasonal volume.

5. Shipping Methods & Fees

Shipping options and fees depend on your location and will appear at checkout. We typically offer Express International Shipping and, where available, Standard International Shipping. Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be displayed at checkout.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, and other government charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot estimate these costs in advance. Eterik is not responsible for shipments delayed, held, or rejected by customs. If a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, we may deduct return shipping/custom costs before issuing any refund, where applicable.

7. Address Accuracy & Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Eterik is not responsible for:

  • Deliveries to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by incorrect address details

  • Packages returned due to failed delivery attempts

    If a package returns to us due to address errors, reshipping fees will apply. Refunds, where eligible, will exclude original shipping costs. Contact us immediately at support@eterik.com if an address correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after processing.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer. If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors, building management, or local delivery points, then contact the carrier. If unresolved, contact us and we will assist. We cannot replace or refund orders marked as delivered.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@eterik.com and provide:

  • Photos of the outer packaging

  • Photos of received items

  • Photo of the shipping label

  • Description of the issue

Mandatory Video Requirement

To process any claim for missing, damaged, or incomplete orders, you must provide:

  • A video showing the sealed package before opening

  • A continuous recording while opening the package

  • Clear visibility of all items inside

    Claims submitted without required video evidence may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

10. Out-of-Stock Items or Partial Shipments

If an item in your order is unavailable, we may ship available items first or cancel/refund the unavailable item. You will be notified by email of any changes.

11. Countries We Cannot Ship To

Due to import restrictions on supplements and carrier limitations, we cannot ship to certain countries. If an order is placed to a restricted destination, it will be cancelled and refunded in full.
