How Eterik verifies the products it sells

Eterik sells original Argivit products and maintains current supplier invoices and documented chain-of-custody records for every listed SKU. Each order is securely packed. Applicable expiry or best-before details are checked before dispatch, and any exception is withheld from shipment.

Eterik is an independent retailer, not the manufacturer and not presented as an official or authorised Argivit shop.

1. Confirm the seller and order record

Use a retailer with a clear business identity, contact route, returns information and order record. Keep the order confirmation until the product has been inspected.

2. Match the exact product

Compare the product name, format, flavour where relevant, pack quantity and images with the item ordered. Argivit Focus Tablet, Liquid/Syrup and Sachet are different products with different directions and ingredient amounts.

3. Inspect the seal and package condition

Do not use a product with a broken expected seal, leakage, serious damage, unusual smell or unexplained change in appearance. Secure packaging helps protect the item in transit, but the customer should still inspect it on arrival.

4. Check batch and date details

Locate the batch or lot reference and the expiry or best-before marking. The printing should be present and readable. Use the date on the delivered item rather than a generic shelf-life statement online.

5. Read the full label

Confirm the ingredient list, age guidance, daily directions, warnings and storage conditions. Formulas and label designs can change, so an image from an older batch is not a complete authenticity test.

6. Use only an official verification route

If the pack includes a code or verification instruction, follow a route linked from Argivit's official website. Eterik does not own or control the manufacturer's verification system.

What should I do if something looks wrong?

Keep the product unused, photograph the package, seal, batch and date details, and contact the seller promptly. If a verification check fails or the item appears suspicious, do not use it until the seller or manufacturer has resolved the issue.
