When will my Italy order be dispatched?
Italy orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 business hours. This means handover to the carrier, not delivery within 24 hours. The current delivery estimate for your address appears separately before checkout.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Tracking is sent after dispatch using the contact details on the order. The carrier link may need some time to show its first update after the parcel is collected.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I return or exchange a product?

Can I cancel an order or change the delivery address?

Can opened supplements or personal-care products be returned?
Opened, unsealed or used products may not be eligible for return because of health, safety and product-quality requirements. Each request is reviewed under the current returns policy.
